Annual 5k race in honor of Ashtin Ace Vargas, supporting youth underserved sports organizations.
Our Mission
Ace’s Athletes Memorial was created to honor the life, spirit, and love we have for our son Ashtin. We’d like to think that when Ashtin got older he would have had the same love for sports that his Father does. Through our annual memorial 5k and with community support, we will keep Ashtins memory alive all while we raise funds for an underserved youth sports organization so that more children have the opportunity to play, grow, and belong through athletics the same way our Ashtin would have.

Ace’s Athletes 1st annual 5k memorial event will be held onAUGUST 8TH, 2026 (rain date August 9th, 2026)Time: 9:00 AMThe event will begin and end at the PAL sports complex in Holtsville, NY700 Furrows Rd, Holtsville Ny, 11742Complementary BBQ to follow at the PAL complex.

This is an optional purchase and no added funds will be collected for donation.
We kindly ask you to wear your Ace’s Athlete’s merch on the day of the event.
Proceeds
100% of proceeds from the Ace’s Athletes Memorial will be donated to the New Heights Youth, Inc.
Together we can remove barriers and create opportunities for young athletes in our community.
