Beenfit Performance Classes are meant to develope your athletes performance while also building there confidence and getting to know them on and off the field. Classe are small no more than 12 kids to a class so we can really watch and develope a relationship with your athlete. Performance Training
Performance training is based off you as an athlete and the demand of your sport. We break your sport in two specific movements. Then we develop body control coordination, strength,speed, and quickness, for your sport specifically. We take a profile of weakness/strengths and focus on your specific developmental needs.
